Vegetable Jalfrezi is packed with a multitude of vegetables, including bell peppers, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, tomatoes and onions. The veggies are cooked in a spicy and  tomato onion sauce, but just enough to retain their beautiful colors, texture and individual flavors.
